A home away from home

ECC Tønder has 50 stylish double rooms, which are also available as single rooms. All rooms have a private balcony with a panoramic view of the beautiful nature surrounding the center. In addition they have a bathroom, wireless internet, 42” flat screen TV as well as surprising details in the furnishings. All rooms are elegantly decorated with special details including leather produced by ECCO itself. The rooms are our guests’ private area and functional work space – a home away from home.

Honest food

We use as many organic ingredients as possible, and the season dictates our selection of fruit and vegetables. We have chosen this to avoid long transportation times and because we think Scandinavian vegetables are fantastic.

In terms of a culinary experience, first and foremost the food must taste good! But it also has to be pleasing to the eye, and to the imagination, and should provide a challenge for the senses. The restaurant creates the environment, while our kitchen is ready to accommodate your wishes. We are happy to help with suggestions for the menu as well as wine choices.

The kitchen is characterized by great flexibility and the chef is always available for your individual needs and provides you with suggestions for both menu and accompanying wines.
